Production Process
The product adopts standardized and precise production procedures to guarantee stable quality: firstly, straighten qualified galvanized or PVC coated steel wires and process them into flat rigid mesh panels through professional spot welding; secondly, cut the integrated mesh panels into precise dimensions according to customized gabion unit designs; thirdly, fold the panels with pre-bent edges to form complete standard box structures; fourthly, conduct strict surface inspection to test welding point firmness and screen out defective products; finally, bundle flat folded gabion units neatly for space-saving transportation and convenient on-site assembly and wall stacking.
Precaution for Use
During installation and stacking, avoid violent impact and extrusion on welding points to prevent solder cracking and structural damage.
