PVC Coated Gabion Box – multifunctional ecological and landscape protection mesh cage for hydraulic and municipal greening. Hot-dip galvanized steel substrate fully covered with anti-aging UV-resistant PVC via extrusion. Dual-layer composite isolates metal from moisture, soil and air, preventing rust and corrosion. This gabion box adopts reliable composite metal and plastic materials for dual protection. For long-term underwater and buried use, regularly check the surface coating integrity and box structural firmness to maintain stable protection performance. Avoid stacking heavy objects on finished gabion structures to prevent extrusion deformation.

Compared with ordinary pure galvanized gabion boxes, PVC coated gabion boxes have better water and soil corrosion resistance and UV aging resistance, with longer service life in humid hydraulic environments.
