Material
This galvanized gabion mesh adopts high-quality Q195 low carbon steel wire as the core raw material. The steel wire features fine and uniform texture, excellent ductility and stable tensile performance, which is suitable for intensive double-twist weaving processing without wire breakage or structural damage. After strict pickling and high-temperature hot-dip galvanizing treatment, the wire surface forms a thick, adhesive and uniform zinc layer. The integral galvanized structure provides lasting anti-rust and anti-corrosion capability against fresh water and soil chemical erosion. Without any plastic coating, the pure metal mesh structure boasts stronger wear resistance and high-temperature resistance, maintaining stable mechanical performance in complex geological and water conservancy environments.
Product Application
With superior flexibility, strong geological adaptability and excellent fresh water corrosion resistance, galvanized gabion mesh is widely used in various water conservancy and geological disaster prevention projects. It is mainly applied for water conservancy river training and riverbed stabilization, mountain slope reinforcement and landslide anti-collapse protection, highway and road slope stabilization to prevent soil erosion, reservoir dam foot anti-scour protection and structural stabilization, as well as rural stream dredging and ecological renovation works, providing solid and long-term structural protection for hydraulic and geotechnical engineering.
Production Process
The product adopts standardized and rigorous production procedures to ensure engineering-grade quality: firstly, conduct professional steel wire pickling to remove surface oxide and impurities, followed by integral hot-dip galvanizing treatment for anti-corrosion performance; secondly, adopt automatic double-twist weaving machines to produce crack-resistant and stable gabion mesh; thirdly, cut the finished mesh into standard panels and fold them into flat gabion cage blanks to reduce transportation volume; fourthly, equip complete matching galvanized binding wires to support convenient on-site assembly and splicing; finally, stack flat gabion sheets neatly for standardized container shipment, ensuring safe and efficient long-distance transportation.
Precaution for Use
During on-site assembly, avoid excessive bending or violent pulling of the double-twist mesh to prevent wire deformation and loose twisting structure. Select qualified filling stones with uniform hardness to reduce mesh wear and prolong service life. Ensure compact and even stone filling to avoid local hollowing and structural collapse under water flow impact. After installation, check binding wire firmness regularly to prevent loosening. For long-term buried use, avoid contact with strong acid and alkali pollutants to prevent accelerated zinc layer corrosion.
