This composite razor wire adopts a dual-layer high-quality material structure with stable and reliable performance. The inner base consists of standard hot-dip galvanized razor strips and high-tensile galvanized core wires, which feature high structural hardness, firm blade adhesion and excellent tensile resistance, providing solid mechanical defense foundation. The outer protective layer is made of upgraded modified anti-UV virgin PVC plastic, which has strong weather aging resistance, good flexibility and tight fitting performance. Production Process
The product adopts mature and precise composite molding process to ensure both defensive performance and appearance quality: firstly, prepare qualified finished galvanized concertina or flat razor wire as the base material; secondly, implement full-surface continuous extrusion coating to uniformly wrap the entire strip and core wire with PVC material; thirdly, use special customized molds to trim and remove residual PVC from all blade sharp points to expose complete sharp teeth; fourthly, adopt circulating water cooling technology to rapidly solidify and shape the plastic coating for tight and firm fitting; finally, conduct strict appearance and structural inspection before standardized coiling and carton or pallet packaging for transportation and storage.
Precaution for Use
Operators must wear professional anti-cut protective gloves during installation to avoid scratches from exposed sharp razor blades. Avoid violent friction and scratching with sharp tools to prevent PVC coating peeling and damage, which may expose the inner metal layer and cause rusting. Do not overstretch the wire to prevent plastic layer cracking and structural deformation.
