Material
Concertina razor wire adopts dual high-strength galvanized structural materials for comprehensive performance assurance. The outer razor blade strip is made of high-quality hot-dip galvanized steel strip, featuring uniform thickness, high hardness and excellent stamping forming performance, which ensures sharp blade toughness without easy cracking or passivation. The inner supporting core wire adopts high tensile galvanized steel wire, providing stable penetrating support and overall structural tension to prevent spiral coil deformation and scattering. In addition to conventional hot-dip galvanized materials, high-performance ZnAl alloy coating is available as an upgraded option. The alloy layer features denser texture and stronger weather resistance, effectively resisting salt fog, ultraviolet radiation and chemical corrosion, greatly improving the overall service life of the razor wire in extreme outdoor environments.

Production Process
The product adopts precise automated standardized production process to ensure defense-grade quality: firstly, complete professional steel strip slitting and equidistant stamping to form neat and sharp razor blades; secondly, penetrate high-tensile galvanized steel wire as the inner supporting core to enhance overall structural stability; thirdly, adopt automatic rolling equipment to shape continuous standard spiral concertina coils; fourthly, implement spot welding fixing for cross joints to prevent coil loosening and separation; finally, conduct comprehensive surface anti-corrosion inspection, followed by standardized bundling and pallet packaging for long-distance transportation and large-scale engineering laying.
