The pure zinc material avoids impurity corrosion, providing lasting and stable anti-corrosion protection for the steel wire, and greatly improving the overall outdoor weather resistance of the mesh.

The product adopts standardized high-quality hot-dip galvanizing production procedures to ensure superior anti-corrosion performance: firstly, complete steel wire straightening, fixed-length cutting and automatic welding to form neat and firm integral mesh blanks; secondly, conduct integral mesh pickling treatment to thoroughly remove welding oxide, surface rust and impurities for better zinc layer adhesion; thirdly, perform flux activation pretreatment before high-temperature zinc bath dipping to ensure uniform and compact zinc layer deposition; fourthly, adopt natural air cooling for shaping and manually wipe off excess surface zinc to obtain smooth and tidy mesh surface; finally, conduct strict quality inspection, and process qualified products into wound mesh rolls or stacked flat panels for standardized packaging and delivery.

During installation and construction, avoid violent scratching, cutting and friction on the mesh surface to prevent local damage to the hot-dip zinc layer and subsequent rusting.
