Material
This composite welded mesh adopts a dual-layer anti-corrosion material system with stable and reliable performance. The inner base substrate supports two galvanized types: electro-galvanized steel wire for cost-effective light-duty use and hot-dip galvanized steel wire for enhanced heavy-duty outdoor anti-rust performance. Both galvanized substrates provide basic metal protection and solid structural toughness. The outer protective layer is made of high-purity anti-UV PVC plastic pellets, featuring strong toughness, scratch resistance and weather resistance. The extruded PVC layer tightly bonds to the galvanized wire surface without peeling, cracking or falling off. With excellent resistance to sunlight irradiation, rain erosion and daily wear, the premium PVC coating effectively extends the overall service life of the mesh in various complex outdoor environments.

With superior anti-aging performance, diverse color aesthetics and stable isolation function, PVC coated welded mesh has extensive application scenarios. Production Process
The product adopts mature standardized composite processing technology to ensure stable coating quality and structural performance: firstly, produce complete qualified galvanized welded mesh rolls or flat panels as the inner base structure; secondly, implement professional single-wire extrusion PVC coating before welding or integral full-mesh secondary coating to achieve full coverage protection; thirdly, conduct water cooling treatment to rapidly solidify the plastic layer and ensure tight bonding between PVC and steel wire; fourthly, carry out strict surface inspection to check color uniformity, coating integrity and welding firmness; finally, classify qualified products into rolls or panels for standardized packaging and convenient market distribution and on-site construction.
Precaution for Use
During installation and use, avoid violent scratching, sharp cutting and heavy friction on the PVC coating to prevent local coating damage and expose the internal galvanized wire. Do not excessively bend or squeeze the mesh to avoid plastic layer cracking and peeling. Keep the product away from high-temperature heat sources and strong corrosive chemicals to prevent coating aging and deterioration.
