This black wire welded mesh adopts premium Q195 low carbon steel wire as the raw material, which undergoes professional sealed furnace high-temperature black annealing treatment. The strict high-temperature annealing process eliminates steel wire internal stress, greatly softening the wire texture and improving bending and cutting performance. A uniform natural black oxide layer is formed on the wire surface during annealing, replacing traditional galvanized and PVC anti-rust coatings. The material features good welding stability and ductility, ensuring firm welding points and no wire loosening during continuous welding production. Without additional anti-corrosion surface treatment, the material retains low-cost advantages while maintaining basic structural integrity for short-term dry-environment use.

With low cost, soft texture and easy processing advantages, black wire welded mesh rolls are widely used in various short-term temporary scenarios. Since the product has no galvanized or PVC anti-rust coating, it is only suitable for short-term use in dry indoor and sheltered environments, and cannot be exposed to long-term rain, humidity or salt fog to avoid rapid oxidation and rusting. However, it has no anti-corrosion performance and poor outdoor durability, only applicable for temporary projects.
