High carbon steel PE coated wire – high-performance industrial wire with hot-dipped galvanized high carbon steel core and quality PE outer coating. Ultra-high hardness and tensile strength, superior stability and load capacity vs. ordinary low-carbon and PVC wires. HDPE layer resists acid, alkali, moisture and outdoor UV aging, offering much longer service life than PVC, ideal for permanent and harsh environments. Inner zinc and outer PE thickness customizable per project requirements.

This wire adopts strictly selected industrial-grade raw materials for superior performance. The inner core is high carbon steel wire processed with hot-dipped galvanization, which provides exceptional hardness, rigidity and basic anti-rust performance. The outer coating is made of pure HDPE high-density polyethylene anti-UV pellets. With a dense and stable molecular structure, the modified HDPE material features stronger weather resistance, corrosion resistance and coating adhesion than conventional PVC materials, preventing peeling, cracking and fading under long-term outdoor exposure.

Thanks to its ultra-high strength and superior anti-corrosion performance, the wire is widely used in harsh outdoor environments. Its main applications include mountain pasture protective fencing, mine safety isolation net wire, heavy-duty orchard trellis support wire, and coastal area anti-corrosion isolation wire, suitable for long-term fixed safety protection and structural support projects.

The product follows a standardized and refined production flow: first, conduct multi-pass drawing of high carbon steel rods to optimize internal metal structure and enhance overall hardness and toughness; second, implement professional surface passivation anti-rust treatment to remove impurities and improve coating adhesion; third, complete HDPE plastic heating and integral extrusion cladding on the steel wire core; fourth, perform water cooling and targeted surface anti-aging treatment to strengthen weather resistance; finally, finish strict strength inspection, standardized coiling and firm pallet packaging for safe transportation.

During application, avoid violent bending and sharp cutting to prevent damage to the HDPE protective coating and steel core structure. Although the wire features strong anti-corrosion ability, it should avoid long-term contact with strong chemical corrosives. Professional installation is recommended to ensure uniform stress and extend service life. Store the finished coiled wire in dry and ventilated environments to avoid long-term stacking in damp environments.

Compared with ordinary virgin and recycled PVC wires, this high-carbon PE coated wire has higher hardness, tensile strength and far better anti-aging and anti-corrosion performance, especially suitable for harsh outdoor environments. Different from high-tensile PVC coated wire, HDPE coating offers superior acid and alkali resistance, while the high-carbon steel core provides higher structural rigidity, making it more applicable for coastal, mining and mountain scenarios with stricter environmental requirements.
