This high-strength 3D fence panel is made of premium hot-dip galvanized low carbon steel wire with optional customized surface finishing. The high-quality low carbon steel substrate features stable toughness, high tensile strength and excellent welding performance, ensuring firm connection between double horizontal wires and vertical wires without loose or broken solder joints. The overall hot-dip galvanizing treatment forms a dense anti-rust layer on the wire surface, effectively resisting daily wind, rain and atmospheric corrosion for long-term outdoor durability. To meet diverse environmental and aesthetic demands, the product supports secondary PVC colored coating treatment, adding anti-UV, anti-aging and decorative properties. The dual material collocation balances superior mechanical performance and long-term anti-corrosion capability.

With high structural strength, excellent vandal resistance and stable security performance, double wire 3D mesh panels are widely applied in medium-high security boundary scenarios. Production Process
The product adopts precise specialized production procedures tailored for double-wire structure: firstly, implement synchronous feeding and professional straightening for double horizontal wires to ensure consistent wire flatness and specification accuracy; secondly, complete automatic double-wire spot welding with vertical support wires to form integrated high-strength mesh sheets with uniform and firm solder joints; thirdly, conduct integral hydraulic bending to form standardized 3D curved reinforcing ribs and enhance three-dimensional structural stability; fourthly, finish surface anti-corrosion treatment through hot-dip galvanizing or secondary PVC coating according to demand; finally, carry out strict strength sampling test for quality inspection, and complete standardized bundled delivery matched with supporting fence posts for convenient on-site installation.
Precaution for Use
During installation, ensure vertical fixation of matching posts and firm connection with mesh panels to give full play to double-wire structural stability.
