Black Wire Welded Mesh Panels

This black welded mesh panel adopts high-quality Q195 low carbon steel wire as the core raw material, which features fine steel texture, good ductility and stable welding performance. Different from conventional galvanized or coated fence wires, the raw wire undergoes professional sealed vacuum high-temperature black annealing treatment. This process forms a natural dense black oxide film on the steel wire surface, presenting a uniform matte black finish without extra painting, galvanizing or plastic coating. The annealed wire has softer toughness than ordinary hard steel wire, effectively avoiding brittle fracture during welding and use. However, the uncoated and non-galvanized design means the material has no extra anti-rust protection, making it suitable exclusively for short-term dry environment application.

Since the panels have no galvanized or PVC anti-rust layer, they are strictly prohibited from long-term use in humid, rainy or outdoor corrosive environments to avoid rapid oxidation and rusting. Do not leave the panels outdoors overnight in wet weather; timely dismantle and store them after short-term use.
