The Hesco defensive barrier adopts standardized military modular specifications with precise upgraded technical parameters for professional field fortification. The barrier panel wire thickness ranges from 3.5mm to 5.00mm, with controlled wire tensile strength between 500MPa and 800MPa, balancing structural toughness and rigid anti-impact performance for field defense. It supports two standard mesh sizes including 76.2×76.2mm and 100×100mm, forming uniform dense mesh structure to deliver stable anti-climb and anti-deformation effects. The steel surface provides dual anti-corrosion treatment options: pure zinc coating or zinc-aluminum alloy coating, with coating weight ranging from 40g/㎡ to 600g/㎡, adapting to different outdoor and harsh corrosive environments. The matched high-performance geotextile fabric comes in three mainstream colors: beige sand, olive green and grey, meeting field camouflage and environmental matching needs. The fabric offers three mass specifications of 250g/sqm, 300g/sqm and 350g/sqm, with standard tensile strength of 16KN, tear strength of 0.42KN and CRP puncture resistance of 3.0KN, effectively resisting filling pressure, piercing damage and long-term outdoor aging. Material
This professional defensive barrier adopts multi-layer high-strength composite materials that meet NATO and military field standards. The outer frame and mesh body are made of high-tensile thick steel wire and thick-walled Q235 steel pipe, with optional hot-dip galvanizing or PVC coating for full anti-corrosion protection. The core lining is composed of heavy-duty UV-stabilized polypropylene geotextile fabric, which is tear-resistant, permeable and soil-tight, effectively retaining fill materials without leakage. For enhanced security, matched galvanized razor wire and alloy security spikes are available as auxiliary accessories. The overall material configuration balances structural toughness, blast resistance, outdoor weather durability and rapid field construction adaptability.

Production Process
The product adopts strict military-grade standardized production procedures to ensure field defense performance: firstly, weld high-tensile thick steel wires into heavy-duty anti-deformation mesh panels; secondly, complete precision cutting, bending and full welding of thick steel pipes to form reinforced barrier frames; thirdly, conduct integral pickling and hot-dip galvanizing anti-rust treatment for overall corrosion resistance; fourthly, tightly fix high-strength geotextile lining inside the mesh cage and assemble optional razor wire and security spike accessories; finally, complete load-bearing and impact resistance testing, and separate packaging for main barriers and matching accessories to facilitate flat folding transportation and rapid on-site assembly.
Precaution for Use
During on-site deployment, fully unfold the folded barrier cage and fix the connecting parts tightly to avoid structural deformation after filling. Fill sand and soil layer by layer and compact evenly to ensure uniform stress and maximum blast resistance. Avoid sharp object scratching the geotextile lining to prevent filler leakage. Regularly check frame welding firmness and coating integrity for long-term outdoor deployment, and reinforce loose connecting parts in time. Do not use unqualified corrosive filler to avoid damaging the internal lining and steel structure.
