PVC Coated Chain Link Fence

This composite chain link fence adopts a two-layer integrated material structure combining metal substrate and plastic protective layer. The inner core is made of high-quality galvanized low carbon steel wire, which has uniform texture, good ductility and stable tensile strength, providing solid structural support and basic anti-rust performance for the overall mesh. The outer protective layer uses premium anti-UV virgin PVC plastic without recycled impurities. This modified PVC material features strong weather aging resistance, tight fitting performance and scratch resistance, not easy to crack, peel or fade under long-term sunlight irradiation and rain erosion. The perfect combination of galvanized steel core and high-quality PVC coating achieves dual protection of internal structural stability and external environmental corrosion resistance.

The product adopts mature dual-process production technology to ensure coating firmness and mesh quality: firstly, produce standard qualified galvanized chain link mesh rolls as the basic substrate; secondly, implement two optional coating processes, including single steel wire PVC extrusion coating before weaving or integral whole mesh secondary coating to achieve full coverage plastic wrapping; thirdly, adopt circulating water cooling technology to rapidly solidify and shape the PVC plastic layer for tight and non-peeling fitting; fourthly, weave the uniformly coated steel wires into neat and standard diamond chain link mesh; finally, conduct strict surface color and coating integrity inspection before standardized rolling and finished product packaging.

During installation, maintain uniform mesh tension to avoid excessive stretching that causes PVC coating cracking and peeling. Prevent sharp hard objects from scratching and colliding with the fence surface to protect the complete plastic coating. Avoid long-term extrusion and stacking during storage to prevent coating deformation. Regularly clean surface dust and stains for long-term outdoor use to maintain bright color. Do not use corrosive chemical cleaners to avoid damaging the anti-UV PVC protective layer.

Compared with ordinary normal zinc coating chain link fence, PVC coated version has better UV resistance, anti-fading performance and aesthetic appearance, effectively avoiding rust stains and longer outdoor service life. Different from single metal galvanized fence with monotonous appearance, it integrates decorative and protective functions with stronger landscape adaptability.
