The high strength PC strand adopts a mature and stable 7-wire integrated twisted structure. It covers three mainstream ultra-high strength grades: 1860MPa, 1960MPa and 2160MPa, far exceeding the strength limit of conventional ordinary strands. The available standard diameters include 12.7mm, 15.2mm and 17.8mm to meet diverse heavy-load engineering requirements. Its core performance advantage lies in ultra-low relaxation loss, with the relaxation rate controlled within 2.5% after 1000 hours of continuous stress, ensuring long-term structural safety and stability without obvious stress attenuation.

Production Process
The product adopts refined and high-precision industrial production procedures: firstly, conduct precision multi-pass drawing of alloy steel rods to refine internal metal structure; secondly, implement advanced online quenching and tempering integrated heat treatment to upgrade tensile strength and toughness; thirdly, complete precise synchronous twisting of 7 steel wires to form an integrated stable strand structure; fourthly, carry out uniform surface anti-rust oil coating for corrosion protection; finally, conduct strict mechanical performance sampling tests, qualified product coiling and standardized sealed packaging.
Precaution for Use
This ultra-high-strength strand is dedicated to heavy-load professional engineering and shall not be used for ordinary temporary fixing or low-load structures. During construction, strictly follow professional prestress tensioning parameters to avoid over-tensioning which causes structural damage. Prevent violent impact, extrusion and surface scratching during transportation and storage to protect the integral mechanical performance.
